Good days often come along when you least expect them.
It was cold, windy and raining when we headed off to the Phoenixville Farmers’ Market this past weekend.
Instead of being excited and happy about showing off our newest dog, Lucky, and talking about the work we’ve been doing at DogsHome this past year, we prepared ourselves for being chilled to the bone, having no one stop by our table, and worrying that the day would prove too nasty and damp for Lucky.
But we were wrong!
We’re going to let our photos tell the story of how our first visit to the farmers’ market went –a day filled with kisses, hugs, and water bowls that look like toilet bowls! And let’s just say the best word to describe Lucky is “awesome!”
Make sure to look for us the first Saturday of every month at the Phoenixville Farmers’ Market. (And many thanks to Lucky’s foster dad for showing off this great dog for the entire four hours!)
